The tour guide is very good. She is nice, friendly and has a good knowledge. The driver is also the same. He knows where the good restaurants are.

Very good organisation, everything was on time, the driver took us from our hotel without any problem (we ve booked ride couple hours before departure,at night), tour guide gave us basic information about ba na hills, very good price compared to taxi/grab, the best trip in Vietnam! Highly recomend
